Salary delayed and so much gossips all the time.

No Pros at all in this org.

This is a pathetic company to work with, no work ethics, no professionalism, no career growth. One should join this org only if they want to ruin their career because this job may end any day, if you don't agree with the management. This biggest con is they don't pay salary on time, salary comes 20 - 25 days late, no fixed time for it. And the best part is management is not answerable for anything, be it salary, be it anything. They don't even have proper office set up, they just have a flat in which they have fixed some table chairs n ask employees to work. Average time employees work here is 5-6 months, till they get another job. No one works here more than that, rather no one exists here for long. They Don't value employees at all.
