MD like to micromanage and waste alot of time telling stories in the meeting room. So proper accounting system and all documentations still using manual entries in excel and their practices are very ancient. Working hours 8.30-6pm but staffs who leave at 6pm is labelled as lazy. High turnover rate but the management refuse to identify that they are the problem. Incapable and inefficient logistics manager who also lacks the basic form of respect for people including to the MD himself and caused alot of ppl to resign. Does not value good contribution and too judgemental relying on incapable senior staffs. Company practices a bad company culture encouraging staffs to have internal quarrels and disagreements thinking that it is good for growth. Unclear chain of command everybody wants to have the authority but no one wants to take responsibility. The list can still go on...
