Hours are flexible; communication with recruiters is 100%; choices of nursing homes to work at that fit anyones needs, whether it needs to be close to your home or if you want to drive a little further, they have everything.
Cons
Not enough help in some nursing homes, but I expect this as staffing needs are always a challenge.
