Biased management, ever-changing rules to suit their mood, problems that arise are usually also based on the managements mood
One example: discriminated for wearing the same item of clothing as another employee (clearly within the rules of the dress code, as shown by them being allowed), yet I am made to change my uniform and not them
Laughed at by management when bringing up very serious safety concerns that could effect the health and safety of me or colleagues
Apparently they're "like a family" until it comes to no real support desk, nor any support staff to check up on missed check calls other than their mobiles team, in which it isn't their responsibility, which could obviously indicate a serious health and safety problem on the site
