Pros
If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have selected that. Plus the only reason I am typing here is because Glassdoor requires it.
Cons
A lot of work for little pay. Starting pay is 39k to 41k for an entire state that you cover. Training will be a fast blitz of information, then out you go into your field. I can't remember the name of the system they used there, to monitor the field of associates, but its very difficult(and you only get day or two of training). Also, if you have a team under you, you will be working not only for yourself also your team around the clock......They are still getting things organized. The most underpaid job, for the most amount of work. If you are a true manager that manages either in the field or remote, it will be the most unbelievable experience of your life. I don't usually write reviews, but this needed it. For my true professionals no matter how bad you need something, this is not it. Career Opportunities: NONE
