      Nice welcome gift, some colleague is friendly

      working time from 9.5 hr working is too long, superior expect you learn once or twice then can do it without mistake, most of the task superior also not sure how to process. AL 12 days for new entry and 6 months probations. Low chance to get promoted.

      - Good technical with very experiences in audio industrial. - Strong engineering and technical team a cross the world

      Cons

      Used to a product and technical oriented company but now just a "dollar focus" company. Some management members only look into profit but not develop employees No strategy thinking or plan, keep changing mind. may be the current CEO has no idea what company products are and how it works.
