      1. Offers Reasonable salary 2. Promoters knows to drive business 3. Local player based at jharkhand mainly in ranchi, dhanbad and bokaro.

      Cons

      1. Promoters and CEO/Directors are non professional and work on baniya culture. 2. Poor Accounting and poor work culture. 3. Do not give appointment letter to their staffs and delayed salAry disbursal. 4. Lacks HR Policies in ground , violation of labour law is very commonly seen at Premsons in all stores.
