- Bad product - they call themselves a health "tech" company but with very little investment in tech. The Apps are buggy, and usually don't work.
- Bad leadership - There's a saying that people enjoy what they do because they enjoy working with their boss. Here, the leader (CEO) is not someone that you would enjoy working with because he is a dictator. There's no concept of 'team' and there's definitely no room for you to truly innovate because they just like to copy what other companies do.
- Skeptical morals - They're able to get funding because they think they're helping people, but what they're doing is selling the packages to insurers who have NO IDEA what their customers even want. It's not about improving people's health, it's about making money. That's really what it's all about.
- Disorganized in many aspects... team leadership changes almost every other week, new people are joining and quitting within the SAME month, projects are agreed to without any scoping done initially. They operate like a factory that has many chains of operations.
