Pros

Free parking downtown I could use whenever, nice office and views.

Cons

Run, don’t walk. Particular sales manager’s incompetence and micromanagement have led to five salespeople on her team leaving the org in less than a year. Shoves sales tactics that haven’t yielded results in years and pings you every two minutes on Teams rather than letting you do your job. Company sends management and leadership between offices almost biweekly to “promote collaboration” yet leaders stay in their office; spends money on flights and hotels then says there is no budget for conferences or marketing. Company believes getting their employees drunk is a top tier bonding experience so definitely great place if you are an alcoholic. Watch out if you are a top performer they will constantly belittle and degrade you. If you want to drink the kool aid and sell your soul, this is the place for you, otherwise, seriously don’t waste your time.

Pros

The development plans that they have in place for building up their teams and each individual employee is so unique and I wish more companies invested their time into things like this. The culture is fun and exciting, and the staff does a great job bringing everyone together for fun and exciting events both internally and externally. Also the half day Fridays during the summer really seal the deal! I also am really happy with the benefits here, I think they’re very practical and fit well to my lifestyle. Plus you get a $200 fitness reimbursement! Lastly, I think leadership does a good job at encapsulating the staff with a clear vision on what the companies true intentions are and the expectations are held high, making for successful results and the ability to push yourself to bettering yourself everyday.

Cons

I think there’s always room for improvement at any job, but I really like the company!
