      Strong collaboration culture – Product, design, data and research work tightly together; it feels like a true product setup. Bias for experimentation – there’s room to test, fail, and learn quickly; leadership values evidence-based decisions over hierarchy.

      Cons

      As the company scales, internal alignment across teams and chapters still requires effort. Benefits in London office could be better

      None but i woukd say the nimber of students is pretty low for high paying rate

      Can't think of any other than good colleagues

      Cons

      Toxic environmen andextremly bad management. Most of employees there are suffering mentally and doing therapy because of the high pressure in work and the work load
