Generally speaking, I liked the people at this company.

The company (meaning CEO as it is a small company), never seemed ready to pull the string and go after big jobs. When opportunities did arise, the conversation was always "We are going low to get the job". Problem was, more often than not we didn't get the job by going low. After five years of hearing about how we were going to grow and go after big jobs, etc., it becomes the boy who cried wolf.
