However, at the end of the day you must be accountable for your actions and always do right by the clients. The wealth of knowledge and experience that I have gained while working for this company is priceless, and I have made several life long friends along the way.
Cons
The family like culture may not be for everyone, especially those who are looking for a traditional corporate job. It is expected of the employees to do their jobs without a ton of oversight, and roll up their sleeves to fill in the gaps whenever a team mate falls short.
