      The money was great until a few years ago.

      Cons

      Management, quality of life stinks, good old boys club most certainly in place. They will cut your heart out and eat it if possible.

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
