Lack of value towards Financial Departments primarily from upper management and Sales. Very poor communication throughout the company. Lacks uniformity across all office locations throughout the country. Many internal issues that go unaddressed that create customer frustrations and even loss of customers. Benefits are not spectacular. Pay is below average for most roles and pay increases are rare. High turnover in a number of departments. Work/life balance is poor.
