      Pros

      Good on paper, Nice people, Engineers are good and the backbone of the company

      Cons

      National presence is not the case with the company. All regions are still pretty much local business only. Engineers be ready to travel. Local work is rare unless you are in a Presidio Market. Too many mergers with our companies for growth.

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
