      Very entrepreneurial environment. No cap on commission.

      Cons

      No team effort, sharing of information including best practices, success stories or resource enablement. National company that does not act nationally. Regional dividing lines slow progress.

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
