Pros

-Unlimited PTO -Annual Exchange Conference (pre-covid) -Work from home -I met some of my best friends for life at Presidio

Cons

-Continuous training & development is not encouraged or valued within the Contact Center Practice, nor rewarded when taking on the initiative and doing it on my own outside of work. -Networking and building strong relationships with partners, customers and internal departments across the company is not encouraged and perceived as threatening to Contact Center Managers where I worked. -Contact Center Managers do not demonstrate experience with leadership skills such as: clear communication, transparency, fairness, honesty, empowering staff, empathy, support, fostering a collaborative spirit, ethical business practices, awarding talent and those who are continuous achievers who make a positive impact on project margin and company goals. -Rather, the environment is toxic in the Contact Center Practice. The leadership fosters an atmosphere of fear through bullying and micromanaging individuals, they gossip, practice backstabbing, throwing staff under the bus to make themselves look good in front of those above them, and they speak negatively about individuals working for them. -Projects are getting dumped on remaining staff as employees leave the company. This is creating an unhealthy work life balance and staff and clients are frustrated and there are constant escalations. -There is no annual performance review or raises. -Awards and recognitions are given to those who brown nose their manager and not based on accomplishments, achievements, talent, and body of work. Brown Noser's operate at lower bar, as Contact Center Managers do not hold all staff to the same standards, processes and procedures. -The company is lacking in diversity. Mostly a company of white men. -Health Care, Dental insurance is sub par. There is a very high deductible. -There is no cell phone reimbursement or company cell phone provided. -Tuition reimbursement is a benefit, but not easy to get approval to use it. -There are no work from home reimbursements for expenses incurred working from home. -Travel reimbursement policy is quite rigid which makes travel stressful and uncomfortable.

Pros

Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

Cons

Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
