Pros
I have been with Press Ganey for 35 years & can't imagine working anywhere else, truly the best company to work for. I have a clear understanding of what I am expected to do as a part of my role as Survey Designer. I understand the value my work is able to contribute to the overall organizational success. I do Foreign Language Surveys and find it to be very rewarding.
Cons
I actually don't really have any Cons with my job because I feel my job is a job that I completely understand, I know what needs to be done & the time that it needs to be done in. And, I absolutely love my boss! Jennifer Miller.
