Pros
Like most bad reviews people will start with talking about how good the people are. And it's true. The team I worked directly with was pretty great. The Director of Sales is one of the most comparing and compassionate people I've had the pleasure of working with. The ability to travel (during normal times) is also a great benefit. You get to meet a lot of people. The freedom to try different things on your market is also nice. It allows a lot of personal creativity and innovation if you're willing to step outside of the status quo. I'll also give it to a lot of the team that they are actively trying to foster a better culture. I don't know if it ever quite got there but the effort and things they tried were appreciated and added a nice change of pace.
Cons
It's hard to write everything as honestly as you want because you don't want people to ignore the review. I cannot urge you enough to reconsider any consideration of employment at this company. All of the complaints focus around organization and money. Money - grossly misquoted OTE (if it's close to 6 figures they're lying - their online postings were usually a joke between the employees because of this) - Commission's are done off Excel spreadsheet - very few paycheques were correct (sometimes off by thousands) - speaking with a few other employees who have left they don't seem to be fair with paying outstanding amounts when leaving Organization - there was no HR department (although there is someone there now who seems great) - the internal procedures don't make any sense and cause tons of mistakes (specifically their accounting processes) - there is no consistency with their processes in general. Sort of like the wild west Again, I cannot stress enough that if you are a sales person this is not the role for you.
