PrestigePEO remains deeply committed to supporting employees through all stages of their careers, including significant life events such as maternity and family leave. We have established leave policies, dedicated support resources, and ongoing communication to help employees navigate these programs with confidence.
We also want to clarify that PrestigePEO has not undergone mass layoffs. We are focused on maintaining a stable, growth-oriented organization and continually investing in our people, culture, and long-term success.
In addition, we regularly evaluate our compensation practices to remain competitive within the PEO industry and are committed to fairness and consistency across roles. We maintain a structured exit interview process to understand employees' experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
We recognize that individual experiences may vary, and we take all feedback seriously. At the same time, we remain confident in the policies, support systems, and culture we have built to support our employees.
