Great relationship with team Team mentoring Well trained before set on floor

Nothing as such It's a great place to be working at

They dont ask you to sit back late You get your salary on time Incentives structure is good Management is great

HR team doesnt work the way it should work No employee engagement activities They hire anyone or everyone, prettislim is a brand so the team they hire should bethe best one They pay salary by cheques No career path or growth I wouldnt have left prettislim, but was fed up of the attitude of T level people and manager both, feedback to HR didnt work for me.
