Pros
Work with some interesting people, from time to time. Occasionally invited to an in-person meeting, although usually just asked to work from my home.
Cons
Old antiquated office equipment always breaking down. Stressful environment, heavy workload. Hardly a kind word ever spoken, despite weeks of preparation for technical interviews, super-days and call-backs. Hardly ever willing to share the credit. You can work your rear end off, but no one ever thanks you for the time you spent prepping them for the meetings. If your lucky, they'll be a meal in the warmer of leftovers from the "A" team.
