There doesn't seem to be a sustainable competitive advantage. The current one sits with 100% brand compliance, but I anticipate Claude or other competitors will easily mirror this in a short amount of time. Additionally, with the recent rebranding to focus only on life science companies, Prezent has now dramatically limited its scope of companies to sell into while simultaneously positioning itself more as an agency than a software company (and now also directly competes with agencies they're trying to sell into).
From a revenue generation perspective, its strategy is to only expand existing accounts while eliminating all marketing resources to net new business will dramatically impact the company's ability to expand into new accounts (and markets). Since far fewer logos will be acquired, far fewer will exist to expand and grow to hit their aggressive revenue goals.
With such a limited vertical to sell into and competition rapidly catching up, I see a dismal future ahead for Prezent.
