Pros

The firm rewards its employees to get friends, family members and former clients to write positive reviews in order to bury any negative review that appears on social media. The Virginia office has some very talented lawyers.

Cons

1) Horrible working conditions. Client intake center and accounting department are located in basement of building, which has an issue with pests and rodents. Team members are paid min. wage and forced to work 50 hours per week. 2) Seth Price is an angry bully, especially to women. His verbal abuse of employees, especially woman, has been witnessed by many. His management style is whatever he feels like on any given day. He takes no responsibility for his poor management decisions. His day is not complete until he singles out an employee and sends them home in tears from his abuse. 3) Firm is poorly managed. No standards, no employee manual to follow. This intentional to allow Price to manage and not be held accountable for his actions. 4) Management pits employees against each other 5) Management has no self-awareness. They believe they are unique and doing something special, when in reality they poorly copy what others are doing. 6) David Benowitz is an enabler to Seth Prices employee abuse. Rather than deal with it he sticks his head in the sand and pretends it doesn't happen. 7) Turnover is high and nobody leaves happy. You would be hard pressed to find a former employee that would recommend you go to work at PB.
