Used to have good staff, structure and spirit
Cons
Failing business model, cant compete with Google shopping. No vision, poor execution, high staff churn & talent drain, remaining staff are not engaged/turned on and borderline incompetent. Main issue though is leadership - the founder/ceo is a massive narcissist with a know-it-all attitude. Doesnt listen to advise from management, insists on doing business like they've always have. Unethical HR practices.
