      2 days in-office mandate. PTO is lacking.

      Friendly people, open office plan, free snacks & weekly lunch

      Cons

      The co-op program lacked a strong formal structure. There was limited mentorship and few organised opportunities to network with colleagues or learn about the responsibilities and projects of other teams.
