      Pros

      When I joined Pridesys IT, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from day one, the team welcomed me warmly. The system is well-structured, and I rarely face technical delays. My seniors guided me without making me feel pressured. I like how the work is steady — not too rushed, not too slow. The best part is how easy it is to speak with the MD. He talks to us like a big brother, not a strict boss. That makes a huge difference in daily motivation. The environment is respectful and calm, which matters a lot in this role.

      Cons

      Would love to see more workshops on new technologies. A bit more focus on documentation would also help.

Employees get the opportunity to work on innovative ERP solutions and enhance their skills in real-world projects. The management is friendly, and there is a good balance between learning and performance. Career growth opportunities and exposure to modern technologies make it an excellent place for both freshers and experienced professionals.

      Cons

      While the overall experience is positive, sometimes workload can be a bit high during project deadlines. Improving work-life balance during peak times would make the experience even better.
