Pros

Work from home other than some meetings at an office. The customers are amazing but won’t stay with PI for long.

Cons

There is too much work and not enough people to help. Company is struggling and not enough staff to help but can hire more as it would cut into the manager profits. Things worked well until we tried to scale and since then it has been hard to keep customers and even harder to pay employees. There have been over 10 layoffs and about the same number of firings this year alone and we have less than 50 employees. There are too many VPs with no experience, and good employees who can’t express their ideas. Ever since the company has been trying to expand and hire new people the moral as taken a dive as there is so much talk and no support to customers. Too many department/team meanings that try to micromanage you, and no real ownership from leadership, probably because they never know the answer. The company will likely be out of business in a few years. All the good people either quit, were let go, or put their heads down because they know that no one is listening. I feel bad for customers who are prepaying for services that will never be delivered.

Pros

The management is top-notch and sincerely cares about the employees as people with real lives. It is nice that there is an option for remote work and opportunities for growth. The work as a business analyst was interesting.

Cons

Some of the work can be repetitive. If it ever feels that way, I would recommend stretching yourself and talking to your manager about how to expand your job responsibilities. There is definitely upward mobility.

Pros

Everyone is virtual and is staying virtual. No return to the office.

Cons

Changes are coming with the recent acquisition and changes in leadership at the parent company.
