- Poor leadership - Lack of transparency - Lack of support - Non-competitive pay - No pay negotiation - 18-month contract limit, will likely not find you another role - No professional development - Works hard to keep up outside appearances but doesn't do internal improvement - Pay is so low, the workers they attract don't reach the level of excellence their role needs and therefore the teams suffer
