      Pros

      Prime is a fantastic company that truly cares about its employees. The older generation that will be retiring soon have been incredible mentors and encourage technical growth. PE’s and PMP’s are encouraged and valuable.

      Cons

      There’s still a few more years before management hands off the baton!

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Cons

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Cons

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
