      Na prime systems tenho muita liberdade para desenvolver aplicações utilizando tecnologias de ponta e atuais. Fico no cliente, mas quem trabalha na fábrica tem oportunidade de trabalhar no modelo home office

      Pouco oportunidade de crescimento e salário abaixo do mercado. Apesar do ambiente ser favorável, a falta de perspectiva acaba por frustrar o profissional.

      Pros

      This particular position works the the CyFair ISD, so this provides a great connection. Great team to work with.

      Cons

      There is no career advancement (that I'm aware of) within Prime Systems. Those I work with advance by being hired by the client. No holiday or vacation pay, so when there are holidays where you don't work, you don't get paid.
