      - Amazing co-workers who try their best - Clients are good people - MSP setup is always improving (for the better)

      Cons

      - Will use tragic personal events to belittle you - Will delay salary reviews beyond industry standards - Will make decisions and reverse them last second - They improperly use salaries to not pay overtime.

      - Staff genuinely enjoys working here - Owner is fantastic and personable - Workload is uniquely fair for an MSP (this industry is broken and this company is doing it right) - Clients are properly managed and respectful
