      Nothing, there is not one pro.

      Cons

      No benefits, Diamond bar sucks, the owner has very bad temper and throws temper tantrums and snaps on people. Everyone walks on egg shells around him. He’s entitled and his dad gave him all his money and he acts like he’s better than everyone.

      Pros

      Working here gave me the ability to do what I always wanted to do. They gave me everything when it came down to learning experience. Upper management will literally hold your hand through transactions and give you step by step guidance on commercial brokerage.

      Cons

      Hard start at first; however the benefits and everything is earned here.

      you have to work on site and no 401k insurance

      Cons

      no 401k insurance, boss will yell at you, terrible attitude - treat you like a dog
