Pros
I had a great experience working at this Italian restaurant. The team was supportive, management was organized, and the fast-paced environment helped me grow my customer service skills. The role allowed me to strengthen my multitasking and table-management abilities, making each shift both challenging and rewarding. A solid place to work if you enjoy hospitality.
Cons
While my overall experience was positive, there were a few challenges. Busy shifts could become overwhelming at times, especially when staffing was tight. Communication between front and back of house occasionally needed improvement, which sometimes made it harder to keep up with tables. However, these issues are fairly common in the industry and can be managed with experience and teamwork.
