      Not sure if they have any.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Very dirty environment. Not enough support to do your job. Not a great place for novice nurses to learn.

      Flexible hours, great team to work with.

      Old facility, need a lot of updates/improvements.

      Pros

      Units have very good camaraderie. The hospital real tries to work with the very limited recourses to improve the work area for nursing staff.

      Cons

      Antiquated computer system and paper charting for nursing staff. The order entry program is from the early 90s and the other programs are really out dated.
