      Overall good benefits for a small company, good opportunity for learning new skills and advancement, great folks to work with and for, a good salary, you are treated very fairly.

      Instability over the years, they have had their ups and downs as any company does.

      Pros

      Their are a few very intelligent people working here, but they have more technical than business sense and you don't want to get on their bad side

      Cons

      This company hires and fires (layoffs) like crazy. My boss was let go after a very short time, and I was laid off within a year. I would definitely recommend that you not leave a job to come here. They have pushed their CEO and HR lady out the door in the last year..... tread carefully.
