Pros
There are a lot of local companies that get marketing materials from Print Express, and it's cool to see your work around town and to work with the community.
Cons
Training involves being constantly supervised, someone over your shoulder, for a minimum of 2 months. The management cannot take critique whatsoever on this amount of micromanagement. They were also disingenuous about the nature of the work. I was led to believe it would be a full time job within a month, and it turned out to be part-time work indefinitely. They were disingenuous about what I would be paid in the interview verses when the job offer came. Management should get power from good ideas. Instead, any threat to their process and practices gets an extreme reaction which will be acted on with passive aggression, coldness, and ultimately, an end to the job with no notice and insults without any basis. I would not at all recommend working here.
