Pros

They always paid on time.

Cons

Lack of Leadership: My department operated without a designated manager. This created a vacuum where we never knew who we answered to or where to go for guidance, leading to total organizational chaos. Scapegoating Culture: There is a disturbing policy of internal blame-shifting. When other departments made errors, my team was forced to take the fall and tell clients that we made the mistake. Unethical Practices: Most concerningly, when client information was compromised, we were instructed to lie to the clients to hide the true extent of the breach. This lack of transparency regarding data security is deeply unethical. Abusive Client Relations: The company allows clients to speak to employees in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Furthermore, if a client failed to follow their own contractually obligated steps, the employees were the ones punished for the client’s non-compliance. Not Family Friendly: The environment is high-stress and demeaning, with zero regard for employee well-being or work-life balance.

Pros

PrintMail is honestly a good place to work. Leadership is accessible and you can actually have real conversations with them, which isn’t something you get everywhere. There’s a solid sense of stability here because of the long-term client relationships, and you can tell the company is investing in digital and trying to modernize things in a thoughtful way. If you show initiative, people notice, and there are real opportunities to move into new responsibilities. The culture is friendly and collaborative, and it’s easy to get along with the people you work with. Work-life balance is also pretty reasonable, and managers generally respect your time.

Cons

The company is growing and shifting more toward digital solutions, so sometimes the pace of change can feel fast or a little unclear. A few internal processes are still in transition, which can make things feel a bit unstructured depending on the project. Since it’s a smaller company, resources aren’t unlimited, and there are moments when you feel like you’re juggling more than one job. It’s also the kind of place where your work is very visible, so if you’re someone who prefers to fly under the radar, that might be challenging.
