Pros

Talented and friendly frontline coworkers.

Cons

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked. To say their leadership is incompetent would give incompetent people everywhere a bad name. They have not one clue what they are doing and yet their arrogance and lack of humility is astounding! And if you believe in ethics, good luck with finding it in any of their leadership including the owner. They continuously blame others for failures that were caused by their decisions, non-decisions and interference. They think they know better than everyone else and even though they have failed time and again, they refuse to admit their mistakes. Worst yet, the owner refuses to replace any of them even in the face of years and mountains of evidence and direct feedback . Do NOT take a position with Printmail. You will regret it within 30 days of your hiring. If you still aren't convinced, by all means I wish you luck.

Pros

PrintMail is honestly a good place to work. Leadership is accessible and you can actually have real conversations with them, which isn’t something you get everywhere. There’s a solid sense of stability here because of the long-term client relationships, and you can tell the company is investing in digital and trying to modernize things in a thoughtful way. If you show initiative, people notice, and there are real opportunities to move into new responsibilities. The culture is friendly and collaborative, and it’s easy to get along with the people you work with. Work-life balance is also pretty reasonable, and managers generally respect your time.

Cons

The company is growing and shifting more toward digital solutions, so sometimes the pace of change can feel fast or a little unclear. A few internal processes are still in transition, which can make things feel a bit unstructured depending on the project. Since it’s a smaller company, resources aren’t unlimited, and there are moments when you feel like you’re juggling more than one job. It’s also the kind of place where your work is very visible, so if you’re someone who prefers to fly under the radar, that might be challenging.
