Pros
My supervisor is very supportive of my personal goals and is great at following up with me to make sure that I am growing in the ways I want to at the organization. I love the mission of the organization which is to get the right help to the right people at the right time. Even when the desk work gets boring, I like knowing that I am serving a greater good. Also, there are often celebrations at work of accomplishments or birthdays which adds to a fun environment.
Cons
Some of the HR / benefit policies are a bit old school. For instance, the company is not very flexible with remote work. It also takes a long time with the company for vacation days to accumulate or for the 401K to become vested. The pay is a little low for the field.
