There is currently enhanced support from the wider business to this service to address some of the issues that have been identified, but we are confident that we are making positive steps with team members. I would really encourage you to reach out through the employee voice channels – whether that be team meetings, discussions with the management and support colleagues who are frequently working the service, Freedom to Speak up or Whistleblowing channels to discuss any remaining concerns you have that you don’t feel are being addressed, particularly if they concern the people we support.
