Fliexible, Opinion counts and lots of respect, High pays, Hybrid model of organization. Company has some unique concepts and investing money on unique things to grow business. Offshore development is also supports.

Not really any cons with this company. They are going with good concepts in the industry and trying the revenue growth. I liked the concepts but need to know how long it is going to fetch.
