1) Number of leaves (CL/PL) could be improved
2) Bonus/incentive/Meal cards etc should be there
3) + 5 days a week is ideally being followed by all companies this should also be there
4) Performance review should be done based on work and performance , cross functional feedback would also be good rather then 1 manager giving feedback
5) Timings should be kept flexible (1 min late policy does seem to be a good one)
6) Insurance/ mediclaim would be good to have
