Pros

Having been with Pro Drive IT since 2016 I have every single year progressed in my technical and professional development. Pro Drive IT has supported, encouraged and rewarded me for this progress. The company itself, led by 3 brilliant directors, has also every year grown and improved in all areas of the business, with a special dedication to the wellbeing of all staff.

Cons

It's not a great place to work if you are just looking for a 9to5, paper-pushing, Zero drive, "hate Mondays" job. You will stick out like a sore thumb.

Pros

I am new to the industry and the support Pro Drive has offered me has been exceptional. The culture of the company is very warm and inviting and has been really well replicated even in lockdown and working from home. There is genuine care for clients and about doing a good job. It is rare, in my experience, for companies to implement a business-wide methodology and to actually stick to it, but ProDrive does. Pro Drive use metrics to measure performance and these are easy to understand and my impact on those measures are clear. Employees are able to influence the direction of the company and I genuinely feel heard. The social aspect is great and has really helped to get to know my colleagues without being in the office with them.

Cons

There are no negatives about working at ProDrive that would concern me as a job applicant.

* It is a great team to work with from the directors down to the rest of the staff * Appreciate how they value work life balance and giving same priority to employee well-being as same as they value better service to the clients. * Invest more time into training the staff and providing them with required time and materials to train and improve themselves. *

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.
