Pros
Decent pay, near market average.
Cons
Management would not allow an employee to leave the job while a loved one was on their death bed. Even after receiving word they had past. The owner yelled about recordable incidents when an employee was involved in a not at fault hit & run traffic collision. Because the employee was transported via ambulance to a local ER. The owner prefers to have that employee wait on the side of a two lane highway for an hour while someone becomes available to give them a ride. The owner states to have "high standards" for punctuality. The same person left me on hold for about an hour the day of my "interview". The company also attempted to leave an employee stranded out of town, while on assignment, when they gave their 2 weeks notice. On the last day of that employees assignment, the company did not schedule relief and told the worker they could not drive back in the company truck- which they originally drove to the assignment. At this point it's been several days since I quit, multiple emails have been exchanged, and I still do not have a paystub that I can print or even save.
