- Very transparent company that does what they say they will do - Always looking out for their employees' best interest and career satisfaction - They look internally before hiring from the outside - Leadership has great connections that lead to more business for the company - Leadership has extensive experience in industry and stellar reputations from that experience - Excellent benefits - Easy to make great friends and connections within the company (they really promote that from within)
Cons
Nothing serious. A growing business that has a very solid foundation. They are still streamlining processes and working through things that any growing, successful business must.
