Pros

While I thought there were pros at the beginning, I can confidently say there are none besides nice coworkers, aside from upper management.

Cons

Low pay. Masculinity complex (not favorable for mothers).

Pros

Innovative product that is transforming an industry Fun team environment particularly in the New Orleans area Strong leadership Effective sales enablement Supportive, collaborative team Hybrid work environment (wfh + in office option in New Orleans and Portland)

Cons

Not many cons. I wish we had more offices around the country for other remote employees to get to know each other. The office environment is a nice break from working remote.

Pros

Worked under an excellent leader alongside a phenomenal team, with flexible hours and a solid work–life balance.

Cons

There was a consistent lack of clear direction, with priorities changing frequently and significant time spent re-explaining foundational concepts to leadership that struggled to scale effectively. Accountability was uneven across teams, and responsibility was often deflected rather than owned. The company demonstrated concerning patterns around spending and workforce decisions—letting go of high-impact, long-tenured employees in the name of cost savings while simultaneously posting new roles and continuing to cycle through ineffective leadership. Many leaders lasted only 6–10 months, creating instability and eroding trust. Unfortunately, several dedicated employees who had been foundational to the company’s success were let go, while low-impact contributors remained. This imbalance negatively affected morale, execution, sales performance, and customer retention. If you are seeking stability, strong leadership, accountability, and a clear strategic vision, this is not the right environment.
