Pros
Get your foot in the oilfield, I guess. The field personnel are also learning with you since there a high retention rate.
Cons
Long hours. Upper management only cares if you cover your shifts. The vibe here is that you are a number and you can easily be replaceable. High turnover rate. The pay is subpar compared to other companies. No per diem when other oil companies are offering a lot more.
