Pros
The organization's culture varies greatly depending on which work team you are employed with. The organization is progressively improving work teams, streamlining operations, and is big on management leadership training, Whether or not you think this is a good company to work for depends greatly on which work team you are a part of and who your manager is. The company is continuously growing, which is always a plus in the OG services industry, PPS is also very active in supporting the community and focused on employee safety. Most of the upper leadership team is interested in employee feedback and shows signs of considering employees when making decisions, but the wheels turn slowly on acting.
Cons
Pay is not competitive, but perhaps that will change soon. Position advancement is not always attainable, positions can be eliminated with no warning or opportunity to plan or prepare. It's a great place for managers, but (depending on which division of the company you work and who your manager is) advancing if you get your foot in as a worker bee expecting to grow into a more responsible role is not always attainable. Keep your resume polished and your options open.
