      Sorry to say, I can't think of any at this point in time.

      1. Senior leadership keeps clinging to a 1950's sales model and is out of touch with the services that are offered. 2. Constant RIFs to increase the profits for private equity have led to a myriad of unhappy customers.

      There are not many pros, depending on which group you align with. Sales leadership is misaligned.

      Cons

      Pay scale is low considering the amount of work they would like you to do, extremely competitive between team members, and they love to micro-manage.
